A proven master of the art of connection, she brings these same foundational skills to her work with students -- helping them show up with confidence during the college search and application process and present the best version of themselves with clarity and authenticity.
Ann Marie earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Santa Clara University. After graduating, she spent a year teaching English in Poland to high school and university students studying tourism.
Ann Marie has two college-age sons -- one at Gonzaga University and the other at Cal Poly. Based in Seattle, Ann Marie and her husband embrace all the Pacific Northwest adventures -- from hiking in the Cascade Mountains and backpacking the Olympic Peninsula to kayaking in the Puget Sound, always fueled by good music and great coffee.

In college, Ann Marie spent a semester in Washington, D.C., interning as a political reporter covering news from Capitol Hill. While much of her time was spent sending and receiving faxes (it was the '90s!), she also roamed the hallways of the Capitol, chasing down stories and sharpening her interviewing and writing skills. This experience sparked a lifelong passion for politics and current events.
