Anita founded College Bound Consulting to ease the anxiety related to applying to colleges. Anita’s sound Advice and organization will allow your family to feel confident about making appropriate college choices. As the mother of three children, Anita understands that the high school years are exciting, emotional, and hectic for the whole family.  The college admissions process is about new Beginnings for your teenager. Anita is forward-thinking, and enjoys working with teenagers to explore all the possibilities that lie ahead.  Anita limits her Client Caseload to ensure flexibility and personalized attention for each client.   

Believes in the power of Education and Lifelong Learning

Anita received a BA in Economics from Stanford University and graduated from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.  She is an Associate Member of the IECA (Independent Educational Consultants Association).  Anita is currently pursuing a Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA.
 

Studies Colleges and College Trends

Anita spends a significant amount of time traveling to colleges and universities – something that most high school guidance counselors are not able to do.  She travels a lot so you don’t have to. Anita is an avid reader, annually attends professional conferences, and subscribes to college counseling e-lists in order to remain current on developments and trends in college admissions.
